Refund Policy
1 Overview
Safon is a one-time digital purchase. When you pay, you receive an activation code that immediately unlocks protection on your phone. Because the product is delivered digitally and unlocks right away, refunds are limited — but we want every customer to get working protection, so this policy explains when a refund applies.
2 When you can get a refund
- It doesn’t work and we can’t fix it. If Safon fails to activate or protect your phone and our support team cannot resolve it, you’re entitled to a full refund.
- You paid twice. Duplicate or accidental double payments are refunded.
- You never received a working code. If you paid but never got a valid activation code, we’ll either send a working code or refund you.
3 When a refund does not apply
- The code was successfully activated and Safon is working as described.
- You simply changed your mind after activation.
- The phone was lost or stolen after activation — Safon reduces theft risk but is not a guarantee (see our Terms).
- The request is made long after purchase, beyond the window below.
4 How to request a refund
Contact us at support@argossafon.com within a reasonable timeframe of your purchase. Please include your payment details (eDahab/Zaad reference), the phone’s IMEI, and a short description of the problem so we can help quickly.
5 How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (eDahab or Zaad) where possible, normally within 5 business days. Mobile-money providers may apply their own processing times.
